Accounts Assistant

Key tasks

The Accounts Assistant is responsible for providing an efficient and accurate accounts service for Novotel Cardiff Centre ensuring that all duties are carried out in accordance with Novotel standards and legal requirements.

1. Purchase ledger/ Consolidating monthly provisions
2. Allocation of monies received to customers’ accounts
3. Issuing of monthly statements/reminders
4. Sales ledger weekly meeting
5. Banking
6. Liaise with Accounts at Central office
7. Payroll administration (consolidating and checking monthly timesheets, processing new starters and leavers, trainings)
8. General administration
9.To inform the General Manager if procedures are not respected
