Products Technology Consulting – X-store Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant is a key leader in the Digital Technology Integration team and needs to have the following skills:

· Experience within the Retail industry.
· An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
· Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how our offerings and services provide value.
· Experience identifying a client's high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use cases.
· Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions.

The Implementation Consultant key responsibilities include:

· Responsible for creating configuration questionnaire and implementing through design/requirements sessions.
· Post configuration creation will own updates and maintenance through the project lifecycle.
· Conducting working session to gather inputs/requirements and creating master configuration list.
· Managing updates and maintenance of configuration through the project lifecycle.

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 2 years' experience with configuration management
·  Minimum 2 years' experience with various Point-of-Sale technologies such as Oracle/Micros POS, NCR, Aptos, or Fujitsu POS.
·  Minimum Bachelor's degree
·  Able to meet Minimum travel requirements (Monday - Thursday), up to 100% where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Oracle/Micros POS Experience.
·  Able to lead teams and able to interface directly in client facing interactions.
·  Able to clearly communicate with executve level resources.
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
·  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
·  Excellent leadership and management skills.
