Workday Reporting Consultant (H&PS) will focus on Workday delivery to Health and Public Service clients. This role will drive the Reporting workstream, completing activities in design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday Reporting solutions, specifically for HCM or Financials deployments.
Job Description :
A professional at the Consultant or Manager level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
· Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration; may have supervisory responsibilities
· Accountable for Reporting workstream and/or project activities assigned by functional lead or supervisor
· Interaction with all functional workstreams to coordinate reporting needs and processes
· Adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs
· Set reporting strategy, including touchpoints to institutional reporting, data warehouse and Workday reporting and standards for report development and use at the University
· Analyze business requirements to design, build, test, and deploy reports & dashboards
· Develop reports and dashboards by using Matrix and Composite reporting
· Provide end user training on reporting tools
*** Candidates must be willing to travel on Monday - Thursday basis

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications :
· Workday Certification or equivalent hands-on system experience required
· Experience working in either the Health or Public Services sector is highly preferred; however, if no experience in that area, must have strong hands-on experience in Workday implementations including development, design, and configuration
· Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Workday and at least 1 year or full implementation of Workday Reporting
· Proficiency in at least one of the following Reporting areas:
· Complex Report design (Composite reporting, Matrix reporting, BIRT)
· Calculated Field development
· Reporting strategy and standards
· Data Source usage and complex development
· Expertise and experience must be hands-on in implementation and/or configuration of Workday solutions, not just functional utilization
· Minimum of 2+ years prior consulting experience
· Must be able to travel each week 100% between Monday - Thursday
Preferred:
· Workday HCM Certification; Workday Calculated Field preferred
· Bachelor's Degree
