Our design team at Accenture Digital is looking for a UX Designer to join. We are small but spicy team at Tampere supporting our heavy league professionals in their customer centric service work. We have the spirit of a lean start-up with swift moves and dance steps. We are easy to work with. We keep our users in front - they are the heart and soul of everything that we deliver. Every day.

Who are you?

We are looking for a UX Designer to join us to work on IoT solutions. In this role you will be responsible for translating the user needs and requirements into appealing and efficient Design. Your main tools will be Sketch, Moqups and InVision. You will be working with an international team of software developers, architects and product managers mainly in English and Finnish. Your ultimate target is to improve the value Accenture's service professionals are bringing to their customers in the field of IoT.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

We think that you have:




·  At least 2-3 years of experience in designing within a professional environment and have the portfolio to demonstrate your experience
·  A proven record as a designer who can visualize users' needs and objectives and can turn these into clean but efficient experiences
·  An ability to present your ideas directly to customers and use their feedback objectively
·  An ability to articulate, create and innovate as well as work within a globally distributed team

In addition, you are skilled in creating intuitive, engaging and beautiful designs and have the ability to think through and communicate complex interactions and processes. You have a good understanding of professional and creative tools – including Sketch and InVision and you aren't scared off by engineering concepts.
