Salary: up to £43,000 PA dependent on experience

What responsibilities will you have?

You will be part of the UK Sales Support Team which operates as a single point of contact for a wide range of sales support for the UK practice. The team also acts a centre of excellence for developing and sourcing sales talent directly into our business.

As a Bid Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across industry groups and service lines, and be responsible for the end-to-end management of individual sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities will vary according to the size and complexity of the sales opportunity, and may include:

·  Working with the Sales Lead to develop and agree the Bid Plan
·  Mobilising the bid team, including resourcing, governance, quality controls and PMO setup
·  Leading the day-to-day management of the bid to closure, including workplans, schedules, milestones, budget and financials
·  Managing the end to end production of the bid response document (RFx, ITT)
·  Working with the Sales Lead to understand and adhere to the sales strategy and win themes
·  Planning and coordinating the bid response review cycle (Colour Team Reviews)
·  Engaging and coordinating inputs and approvals from Solution Architects, Deal Shapers, Capability and Service Leads and other subject matter experts
·  Establishing and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and support teams, such as Marketing, Finance, Contract Management, Legal and Creative Services
·  Managing inputs and support from alliance partners, sub-contractors and other third parties
·  Maintaining compliance with client RFx requirements, internal Accenture controls and external regulations, where required
·  Undertaking quality assurance reviews for storyline, structure, readability and client focus
·  Preparing and coordinating internal bid approvals and governance gates
·  Supporting client oral presentations and site visits
·  Coaching junior team members (proposal managers and authors)
·  Contributing towards continuous improvement and development of bid management best practice.

Education
·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
