Translator Analyst with Finnish & English

Would you like to work with languages? Join our team as a Translator Analyst. In this role you will be providing translation support services from English to Finnish and Finnish into English. You will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills to complete day to day tasks. As a Translator Analyst you are going to translate different types of documents, materials and tickets, build client relationships and also contribute to cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as liaison to clear language barrier

· Support service delivery to agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

· Act as a point of contact for all translating needs

· Ensure quality of translation of various delivery formats

· Meet ITSM ticket translation SLAs.

· Improve productivity

· Analyze, prepare and deliver documentation for translation tasks

· Support documents translation

· Estimate translation activity (capacity planning)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Minimum 2 years of English-to-Finnish and Finnish-to-English translation experience
·  Banking knowledge would be an added advantage
·  Required level of English and Finnish - Novice/Proficient
·  University diploma
