Job Description

HR Service Delivery professionals provide HR services to employees and manage the administrative aspects and back-end support for HR operations.

Employee Data Administration professionals efficient and effective management of employment data, records, and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

The Transaction Processing Associate – Records Data Management is responsible for processing transactions for relevant business in various systems and tracking tools. They need to have adequate knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform their responsibilities. They are expected to solve problems by considering precedent and reference detailed instructions and procedural documents, escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues and problems.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

· Proper care and handling of physical employee records and documents from the start of receipt through the transition and completion into an electronic database
· Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues problems
· Assess and resolve nonstandard and standard issues or problems
· Execute service delivery functions to meet client requirements which may include monitor and update client systems i.e., transactions data entry
· Provide related statistics and reporting
· Utilize work plans to develop process documents, job aids, communications procedures Analyze data, identifies and resolves discrepancies
· Execute testing of tools
· Identify and implement process improvements based on experience and process objectives
· Resolve issues received via the escalation process and may assist with the researching and consulting to ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  Minimum of 1 year administrative experience
·  Minimum of 6 months customer/client service experience

Preferred Qualifications

·  Human Resources Service Delivery/Employee Data experience
·  MS Office to include Excel (data entry)
·  Experience with ticketing tool, i.e., Siebel/Workday

·  Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
