Job Description

The Trainer will be responsible for management of training scheduling and training content creation. They will manage the overall training requirements while ensuring sufficient training resources are available to roll out required new hire induction and program training.

Responsibilities include:

· Timely flag resource constraints and align training plans with training resource capacity
· Ensure continuous improvement of training materials and overall curriculum
· Re-process curriculum and content improvement as needed
· Define measurement concept for training success and track new hire learning curve
· Deliver relevant training content to agent groups

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

·  Minimum of 1 year of experience in a training delivery role
·  Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media or content review operations

Preferred Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, Training and Development or Organizational Design
·  Experience working in an international environment
·  Experience in a training role
·  Experience in quality process improvement techniques
·  Knowledge and experience with effective learning methodologies, tools, and learning management systems
·  Demonstrated experience with training needs analysis, program and curriculum development, training delivery, and training evaluation methods
·  Proficiency in Google Sheets for office productivity

·  Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and plan for obstacles or barriers to learning and performance support solutions
·  Excellent communication both verbal and written, facilitation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels
·  Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead a team, inspire and motivate others, while maintaining the team's business focus
·  Ability to manage a variety of constituencies with competing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a complex, fast paced environment with multiple priorities
·  Analytical with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision making
