Job Description

We are looking for an excellent Trainer to help new employees Induction Training, ramping up on new workflows, on additional policy content and cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others.

Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.
The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills and abilities of personnel.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Responsibilities
·  Liaise with management to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
·  Design effective training programs when needed
·  Select and book venues
·  Conduct individual and group training sessions
·  Organize, deliver and maintain Training assessments
·  Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
·  Support and mentor new and existing employees
·  Keep attendance and other records
·  Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
·  Monitor employee performance and response to training
Requirements
·  Proven experience as trainer
·  Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
·  Proven flexibility on tight deadlines in an environment with very fast changes
·  Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
·  Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
·  Organizational and time management abilities
·  Critical thinking and decision making
