Job Description:

Accenture is currently seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist for a full-time position within their North America Total Rewards Team. Applicants could be located anywhere in the US or Canada within the Eastern (preferred) or Central time zones. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large, global, constantly evolving, complex and matrixed organizations, and possess the ability to be adaptable and flexible based on required deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative, analytical and project management support to the Compensation Manager and team, in the management and delivery of compensation functions and deliverables, including but not limited to:

1. Market Intelligence for US and Canada employees:

a. Market Survey participation, submission and coordination; data review for validity and consistency; data analysis and reconciliation; vendor and client group liaison; invoice management and tracking

b.Market Data analysis including trending, YoY analysis, and summarization based on various employee or organizational factors

c.Position to market analysis including data collection, review, analysis and summarization of results

d.Develop into SME on global market survey tool (MarketPay) in order to effectively update, review and analyze employee and market data

e.Maintain master tracker of all surveys including information on invoices and costs, employee and business demographic information

2. Salary Ranges for US and Canada:

a.Ad hoc salary range updates as required to include new or revised roles

b.Annual review process including collection and review of external market data, client feedback, and various employee metrics as required

c.Annual and ad-hoc employee position-in-range analysis

d.Cost impact analysis for review by Compensation manager and leadership

3. Geographic Differential process for US and Canada including:

a.SME and full ownership of Geographic Indexing process

b.First point of contact for clients on questions relating to the data and process

c.Maintain and update geographic differentials by location

d.Review annual cost of labor data for all locations and provide meaningful and efficient summaries

e.Analyze cost impact of proposed changes for review by Compensation Manager and leadership

f.Maintain and update policy and process documents

4. Other:

a.Ad-hoc data analysis based on manager or client requests

b.Assist with creation of PowerPoint or other presentations as required

c.Support Compensation Manager and team with Client relationships and other deliverables including but not limited to annual budgeting and forecasting, annual and mid-year compensation administration, promotion processes, off-cycle adjustments, bonuses and Pay Equity

d.Proactively seek out best practices and process improvements to increase efficiencies and quality of deliverables

e.Maintain or create process outline documentation as required

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Minimum of 2 years of Compensation experience with strong aptitude in the areas of Market Surveys and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
·  Experience working in a large, complex and matrixed organizations
·  Very strong Microsoft application skills – Excel, Powerpoint and Word – experience or expertise with macros and VB is preferred
·  Very strong analytical acumen – ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data and provide relevant and concise executive summaries
·  Comfortable with technology and working in web-based and external vendor tools as required
·  Comfortable interfacing with clients as required to conduct needs-analysis to determine appropriate outcomes

·  Quick learner and willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo while proposing alternative solutions
