Consulting Graduate Programme
Accenture Consultants help our clients conceive, design and execute business solutions at the speed and scale that the new digital world demands. On this programme, you'll develop the skills to transform our clients businesses across people, processes and technology.
You'll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships at the heart of a client's organisation, helping them to address their most significant business issues. You'll get early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work. This will be focused on specific industries: Financial Services, Products, Communications, Media and Technology, Health & Public Services and Resources. Not only will this enable you to pursue your passion, but you'll develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies applicable to each industry, enabling you to grow and play your part in delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client.
What you'll learn
Through hands-on work and structured training and development, you'll build deep industry knowledge, digital awareness and grow your skills to become a trusted client advisor.
Because our clients span the full range of industries, you'll be able to utilise your industry specialisation to develop deep marketable skills. There will be constant opportunities to collaborate with, and learn from, industry experts while you'll have access to the training and learning tools you'll need to succeed, both in your job and in your longer-term career. You'll also build credibility, relevance and meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
What's in it for you
As well as the prospect of a great career centred around improving the way the world works and lives, you can look forward to a competitive starting salary and a generous holiday allowance. Other benefits include a pension scheme, personal laptop, an AMEX card, private healthcare, subsidised gym membership, season ticket loan and much more besides. For a comprehensive list of all our benefits, visit our website.
Where you'll work
Because you could be placed at any one of our offices in Edinburgh, London, Manchester or Newcastle and may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK (and sometimes abroad), you'll need to be flexible.
