Your Role
Talent & Organization consulting professionals provide knowledge and experience that help today's companies manage broad transformational change across the entire enterprise. We construct creative human capital solutions and programs in addition to traditional training and communication initiatives. In addition, Accenture provides structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage change and to foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change.

By leveraging Accenture capabilities, proven tools and methods, paired with dynamic approaches, our clients plan and execute talent and organization programs in the areas of:
· Organizational Design – Assess our client's organizational structure and redesign/plan according to their business needs and goals.
· Merger Integration – Align businesses for optimum efficiency
· Culture Change – Shifting our client's culture to best support their business initiatives
· New System and Process Integration – Training development and role mapping to support implementations and system upgrades
· Talent Management – Creating invaluable experiences and opportunities to inspire the workforce of the future
· Leadership Development – Making sure our client's leadership team understands the needs of their employees and what they value and are advocates of talent and organization programs
· Change Management – Implementing the process, tools and techniques needed to manage the people side of change to achieve the required business outcome

This role is aligned within our Products Operating Unit and will work with clients in Retail, Consumer Goods & Services, Life Sciences, Automotive and Industrial and Travel industry areas. CONSULTANT LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
A Consultant within Accenture's Talent & Organization practice has the following responsibilities:
· Understands the strategic direction and business objectives set by Accenture senior management as it relates to holistic talent management strategies.
· Adapts Accenture's methods, tools, and assets to help support solutions for moderately complex organizational change challenges.
· Primary upward interaction is with direct Accenture supervisor. Will also interact with peers and/or management levels at the client.
· Confirms deliverables, resource needs, and work plans on new assignments with guidance from their Accenture supervisor.
· Manages small teams and or work efforts to achieve milestones, quality deliverables and business outcomes.
· Helps mitigate risks and resolve challenges before they become issues.
· Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with clients and Accenture executives.
· Projects confidence and effectively represents Accenture's talent and organization consulting capabilities.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Minimum 1 year of external consulting experience with a large firm or equivalent internal project experience
·  Minimum 1 year of experience with designing and implementing diverse learning/training programs (training strategy, content development and training delivery management)
·  Minimum 2 years' experience in Talent Management – Defining talent strategies and implementing talent solutions
·  Minimum 1 year of experience working in a systems integration environment or project
·  Minimum 3 years' of change management planning and execution experience in the areas of:
·  Strategic Communications
·  Stakeholder Engagement
·  Organizational Design
·  Training Development
·  Business Readiness
·  Adoption/Change Measurement
·  Minimum 3 years' of project management experience, including project plan development and tracking
·  Ability to travel when needed (Monday-Thursday)
·  Bachelor's Degree required

Professional Qualifications:
·  Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Preferred Qualifications:
·  Large-scale and/or global project experience
·  ERP transformation experience (SAP, Oracle, Warehouse Management)
·  Industry experience within Products (Retail, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Services, Automotive/Industrial/Travel)
