The SynOps for Marketing Operations Lead is an experienced professional with operations management experience, strong process orientation and excellent relationship building skills internal and external stakeholders . The Operations Lead is responsible for working with leaders across our AIO products offering to actively manage our SynOps for Marketing Product suite. The SynOps for Marketing Operations Lead Provides process driven solutions and implementation expertise to complex AIO business needs resulting in new SynOps operating system capabilities and organic enhancements.

Works closely with an experienced team of technologists to develop and document functional business requirements based on the needs of the business, our clients and the marketplace. Serves as the subject matter expert on the SynOps operating system with our accounts, implementation and support teams. Works closely with functional leaders across the AIO organization to understand emerging customer needs and areas for operational improvement. Implements new developments and processes to the user base, managing global enablement training resources of the SynOps operating system. Has latitude in decision making and determining objectives, strategies and approaches with the SynOps operating system amongst the SynOps for Marketing Platform leaders team.

This role will be part of the AIO global enablement platform team who are responsible for designing best in class processes and technology solutions to scale and automate operations across our AIO offering. The team has a broad set of responsibilities that spans geographies, clients and functional areas to develop and maintain market leading technologies and processes that are leveraged by internal and external stakeholder base.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 5 years of experience specific to Operations and or Account Management in the marketing advertising functional area or a demonstrated history of rapid learning to adapt historical experiences to new domain area
·  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process documentation and requirement definition
·  Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing teams of 3 people or equivalent experience

·  Bachelor’s Degree

· Demonstrated ability to analyze, design and improve business processes

· Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

· Strong project planning and management skills

· Solid communication skills and presence ability to shape and deliver succinct, structured and client relevant communications to business or IT leaders on Platform strategies and approaches including implications to business, recommendations and proposed actions with a strong focus on the value creation opportunity for our clients.

· Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues with stakeholders of varying levels

· Demonstrated leadership in professional setting

· Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

· Ability to work collaboratively, in a matrix environment independently and multi task Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

· Ability to travel up to 30 percent
