Supplier Relationship Associate Manager
The Position:
The Supplier Relationship Associate Manager is a dynamic role responsible for helping lead pieces of our Procurement SRM offering to our internal and/or commercial Procurement Business Process Services (BPS) clients. Within the role, there are 3 primary groupings of responsibilities corresponding to one or more of the different “jobs” the Associate Manager may be asked to perform:
· Supplier Manager (SM)
· Client Program Lead (CPL)
· SRM Consultant (SRMC)
We are looking for a Supplier Manager/SRM Consultant to support our Global Contractor Exchange (Cx) category team to provide support for our most strategic Cx suppliers. The role focuses on optimizing performance of our global providers, and collaborating with Global Cx leadership and the suppliers to facilitate further supplier innovation and value creation to Accenture.
Responsibilities:
The Supplier Manager job is unique to the internal Accenture client and has responsibilities for managing 1 or more strategic supplier relationships. These suppliers are typically core to Accenture Operations commercial offerings (e.g. HR BPO, Supply Chain BPO, Procurement BPO, etc.) or our corporate functions (HR, Contingent Labor, etc.). In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Managing the supplier relationship across in-scope SRM services including Performance Management, Risk and contractual compliance, Buying Support and Financial Management
· Issue Escalation Management
· Client and supplier stakeholder management
· Scorecard design and development
· Supplier continuous improvement
· Savings realization
· Day-to-day SRM delivery responsibility (scope, timeliness, quality, costs, savings) across all in-scope services and suppliers for 1 or more clients
· Account Management and Front office (aka Practice) relationship management and coordination
· Status reporting
· Back-office coordination and management
· Leading Supplier Segmentation activities
· Providing SRM subject matter expertise to Front and Back Office functions
· Collaboration with Supplier Managers, Backoffice and support resources
· Stakeholder management, build and maintain positive client relationships
· Executing a mixture of SRM activities across suppliers for 1 or more internal client customers (e.g. travel, HR, facilities, etc.)
· Conducting as-is vs. to-be SRM activity analysis and identifying the gaps,
· Proposing and drafting to-be governance models,
· Preparing for and helping facilitate “umbrella” governance activities
· Conducting spend/Authorized Buying Channels Analysis,
· Conducting contract reviews and analysis for potential compliance activities.
· Lead performance scorecard and/or survey development,
· Lead creation of SRM leadership Dashboard' and Risk Assessment Reporting,
· Lead conduct of SRM Overview sessions and guidance and help maintain the SRM Handbook for training of local teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint & Excel
· Minimum 6 years' experience in Supplier Management experience, Procurement experience and/or experience in a supplier operational capacity
· Minimum 3 years business operations management / Project Management experience
· Experience in client facing roles – directly responsible for delivering on significant pieces of scope, quality, budget, resources, and schedule
· Strong communication skills – ability to drive effective communications with senior internal leadership and suppliers
· Knowledge of Contingent Labor category and staffing industry market
· Strong Issue escalation management experiences and skills
· Proven experience working with and influencing multiple stakeholders including senior leadership
· Demonstrated ability to proactively and independently lead delivery of operational activities
· Quality Program experience
· Proven negotiation skills
· Proven experience working with and influencing multiple stakeholders including senior leadership
· Strong knowledge of contingent labor category and/or experience in or ability to research and understand additional categories as assigned
· Ability to drive or support transformational change
· Solid multi-phase project management skills
· Manage diverse teams to maximize performance and accomplish the business outcome
· Manage and resolve team/personnel performance issues
