Student Assistant - Financial Services at Accenture

The Financial Services Industry Group in Denmark offers deep, global industry knowledge, and helps clients develop strategies and adopt solutions to improve performance in the dynamic Financial Services market.

Consultants in Financial Services drive sales and solutions within areas such as Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Life Insurance and General Insurance across areas such as Strategy, Technology and Operations. As an assistant to this group, you will be part of a team of three student assistants, and will get insight in Accenture's working environment and cutting-edge offerings through assisting the consultants with administration, documentation and sales work. As Accenture focuses heavily on merit, you have a large impact on where you take the job – even as a student assistant.

Specific responsibilities may include:


· Give support in client account work - update account plans, prepare and follow up on account meetings and connect with colleagues on similar accounts
· Project management administration such as weekly reports, pipeline overview, updating SharePoint sites etc.
· Research and find business intelligence on current and potential clients
· Give sales support - work with content and visual identity of sales material, proposals and presentations. Find and administer contacts
· Assist on finding relevant information within databases or long text documents
· Make sure that contracts and other project documentation are stored correctly, in collaboration with Information Management in various countries
· Assist on proposal work including formatting, printing etc.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·  Studying at a relevant business school or university. Preferably at 1st year of Master’s Program
·  You have obtained, or are finishing, a bachelor’s degree within either a technology or business oriented field, with a passion for both
·  You master the MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
·  You have a basic understanding of the structures of international companies
·  You are service-minded, proactive and comfortable navigating in a complex organizational structure in a highly demanding and busy working environment
·  You are able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Preferably, you have knowledge about business software and the utility industry
·  You are fluent in English as well as in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian

The position is part time (16-24 hours per week)
