Employer Branding Marketing

As an Employer Brand Marketing intern, you play a vital role in our marketing campaigns - aimed to attract the best talent in town. Craft marketing campaigns from scratch, work with our agencies to push them live, measure along the line and optimize where possible! In general, you will assist the Employer Brand manager in day to day operations, work with our agencies to craft compelling content, drive on- and offline marketing campaigns from ignition to impact, set up new Social Media, like Snapchat, Glassdoor, etc. Leading the content calendar and help execute the content strategy, evaluate campaigns, including insights, takeaways, and recommendations for future efforts and advertising investments.

Cliche – but there is not really a typical day for this position – and that's the way we like it as it gives you the chance to learn a lot. To give a short preview:
Once arrived at the office you'll meet diverse project groups to discuss campaign progress, you grab a coffee at our coffee bar and joke around with the barista, before aligning on a key event with a part of the marketing team. After the meeting, you join them for lunch and enjoy a fresh meal made by our cooks. After lunch, you participate in an international call to discuss the first concept of a campaign, initiated by yourself; from Facebook ads to a flyer - and all in between. You brief changes and make sure these reflect as well on your campaign landings page and you make sure the complete campaign is ready to start!

Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization's activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications
We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious bachelor or master students in the fields of Marketing, Communications, Hotel school, International or Business studies, Advertising, Journalism or related. You're enrolled in an educational institution during the time of your internship. In addition, you have basic knowledge of (digital) marketing, social media and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You are detail oriented, able to work together with multiple teams and are able to navigate in a complex environment. Preferably, you have interest or affinity with the technology industry and Accenture's business.
