Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Business Process Services professionals may be based at a client's office or in one of Accenture's 50 delivery centers around the world.
The Position:
Accenture is seeking a Solution Enablement Specialist to act as a key member of the sales function by partnering with deal teams in order to provide solution design related to quality and costs. Additionally, the Solution Enablement Specialist will have responsibility for understanding and translating client requests, pricing, and support proposal response development for strategic sales opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare the Business Development spend estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan
· Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates; Preparing the cost model estimates working with Service Delivery, Solution Management (if applicable) and Corporate Development Transaction Services (CTDS) to deliver the defined scope of services
· Align solution architecture (including statement of work, schedules and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
· Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of One Global Platform (OGP) offerings
· Meet all requests for proposal (RFP) requirements. (E.g.: Responses, formatting, etc.)
· Ensure the consistency of messaging and content across all volume/sections
· Integrate content from proposal resources; work with details to illustrate compelling story and a winning proposal narrative (including management plans, staffing plans, past performance/experience, transition plans, quality initiatives and other areas) independently and through SME/solution architect interactions
· Maintain compliance with requirements, internal Accenture controls, external regulations (e.g., procurement process), and sales methodology

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Minimum of 4 years experience with data interpretation and presentation
· Minimum of 4 years experience with procurement solution configuration
Preferred Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year of procurement experience
· Minimum 1 year of SAP experience
· Minimum of 2 years of advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
