Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  At least 1 to 2 years' equivalent work experience in a position supporting technical architecture developer, infrastructure datacenter operation and server administration
·  Ensures established security protocols and procedures are followed to maintain the integrity of the Data Centers and corporate data, as well as necessary escalation to internal/external parties.
·  Experience with MS Windows 2008/2012 R2, MS Cluster, MS Operating System installation, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Linux Clusting, Red Hat Linux installation, VMware (Optional: Solaris)
·  Monitors alerting tools and respond to system alerts/messages as required, and Familiarity with monitoring tools (ManageEngine)
·  Support of software and related products, i.e. IBM TSM Backup, Veritas NetBackup
·  Provides assistance to business area associates for scheduling requests, temporary schedule modifications and resolving issues as required
·  Responds to and resolves service issues through the ticketing system and escalation
