Responsibilities may include:
· This position will vary in the scope of project responsibilities; however generally this position will focus on designing and delivering technical solutions such as IT Discovery solutions, Configuration Management solutions, IT Asset Management solutions, IT Monitoring solutions, IT Service Desk solutions, Enterprise Service Portals and Business Process monitoring solutions.
· Designing and implementing ITIL based processes and operational tools at the enterprise level
· Implementing systems management solutions to deliver client value at the enterprise level
· Managing large projects and detailed technical planning
· Generating detailed documentation
Candidate should demonstrate experience in the following areas:
· Candidates will demonstrate experience with industry leading, ITIL based processes that support effective Service Management, management of public, private and hybrid cloud and the “as a service” ecosystem.

· Candidates will demonstrate business effectiveness skills such as establishing roadmaps for deploying tools that optimize IT services.
· Candidates will demonstrate skills in IT operations with a technical focus on the tools and technical solutions which enable IT Operations.
· Candidates will demonstrate technical acumen to design relevant and efficient solutions to meet client goals and align with industry best practices.
· Candidate will have a solid understanding of ITIL V3.
Desired profile
Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum of two years of experience with ITIL oriented (operational or service management) processes, tools and governance models for service desk, service catalog, CMDB, change, availability, and/or performance monitoring management.
· Experience working in/with IT and network operations center in developing and responding to incidents and problems
· Experience working with monitoring framework technologies including HP, BMC, IBM and CA
· Basic understanding of server OS and network infrastructure technologies
· Basic understanding of integration/communication protocols including SNMP, webservice, CLI,
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree
