Your Responsibilities
 
In this role you are responsible for optimizing service delivery while leading a team of Experts and managing client relationships.
 

• Continuous improvements of Service performance and delivering innovative solutions
• Leading distributed Accenture Teams in India and Mexico
• Client Communication and Relationship Management
• Status Reporting
• Escalation Management

• A degree in business administration, computer science or informatics (Bachelor, Master) or a comparable formation or relevant work experience
• A strong affinity with information technology, especially SAP
• Profound Experience in Service Management, Server Management and Infrastructure
• Experience in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, SAP Application Server or other databases
• Ability to analyze and solve complex issues
• Methodical and communication skills
• Fluent English skills, good knowledge of German desired
