Job Description:
The Security and Compliance Analyst assists with the operation and improvement of Accenture's Information Security Management System ISMS and the delivery of its commitments. This job leverages a diverse skill set and experience in Information Security and Information Technology, and it helps safeguard Accenture's internal and client information. Risk Management Security Compliance Evaluating Accenture's compliance with the ISO 27001 Information Security standard Analyzing the effectiveness of Information Security controls and communicating the results Evaluating and organizing departmental evidence to verify Accenture's compliance with the Information Security standards Acquiring, organizing, and maintaining compliance evidence Security Audits Planning internal and external audits of the Information Security Management System Coordinating audit activities with Accenture stakeholders and internal and external auditors Monitoring the progress and completion of audits Information Security Management Assisting with the planning, deployment, and administration of a holistic Information Security Management System Serving as subject matter expert on Information Security and ISO 27001 practices Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities Writing and maintaining security governance documentation and departmental communications Other misc. responsibilities as assigned
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
· Design, develop, implement and maintain host and endpoint security solutions with guidance from Architecture, Compliance, Information Security, and other teams
· Provide support to Security Operations teams to solve correct technical challenges related to implementation of security solutions
· Assists in the investigation and documentation of security incidents
· Assists in identifying security risks by participating in security reviews, evaluations, and risk assessments.
· Works closely with the IT Security and Compliance team toward the implementation and maintenance of all data security-related infrastructure and policy.
· Assist in analyzing and defining security requirements
· Provide evidence as requested, to support audit and compliance initiatives
· Assist with evaluation and pilot deployment of new host and endpoint security protection technologies
· Collaborate with internal security architect to support the design of security solutions
· Continue self-development of knowledge, skills and abilities
· Develop a personal support network by developing and building relationships throughout the Information Security and other business unites
· Develop effective teamwork and leadership skills
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of experience with Information Security
· Minimum 1 year of experience with SIEM ideally Splunk
· Minimum 1 year of experience with technical experience in user methods and identication tools for risks and security threats
· Minimum 1 year of experience with Information security frameworks and standards
Professional Skill Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related discipline
· ServiceNow experience
· Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills.
· Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
· Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
· Good understanding of PC and Mac computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
