SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.

As a Technology Consultant, you'll often be:
· Part of a team that is delivering SAP transformation programs.
· Supporting the analysis and design of business processes enabled by SAP.
· Supporting application design and configuration.
· Supporting testing and deployment activities.
· Identifying opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to our clients.
· Building and applying technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in enabling value creation for clients.
· Developing your skills as a Technology Consulting practitioner to ensure continued market and client relevance.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
You will have experience with some of the following:

·  Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Basis
·  Experience in technical implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, Suite on HANA or HANA database
·  Experience with HANA migration
·  Experience with the implementation of Fiori and other SAP UI technologies
·  Experience with SAP Integration technologies including SAP PO/PI, Data Services, and SAP LT
·  Experience with Cloud infrastructure offerings for SAP to include AWS, Azure, HEC or GCP or more successful complex integration projects with experience in the full delivery lifecycle

·  Minimum 3 years of experience with multiple delivery methodologies & operating models that support multi-speed IT
·  Enterprise integration solutions and offerings
·  Large scale SAP solutions
·  Full project lifecycle experience within one or more of CRM, HCM, Finance or Supply chain SAP modules.

·  Different technology architectures and trends
·  Capable of design thinking as an approach to solving client problems
·  Experience across multiple stages of the project delivery lifecycle
·  Passion for technology trends e.g. Internet of Things, Mobility, Cloud, Analytics

Preferred Skills:

·  An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
·  Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.
·  Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills.
·  Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation, including evidence of solution design.
·  Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information.
·  An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.
·  Self-motivating, adaptable, able to prioritize and able to inspire and motivate others.
·  Deep experience within one or more of the Products industries.
·  An ability to challenge a client's thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view
