The SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect is responsible for working with customers to manage the project delivery of complex SAP SuccessFactors projects, including SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Qualifications :
Typical Day/Week Snapshot
· You guide the project team including client team members through all phases of the implementation from Discovery to Deployment using the appropriate business measurements
· You are responsible for the overall project performance for managing scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
· You guide the client to understand their needs and aspirations for HR processes, understand the nature of their businesses and drive defining solutions using SAP SuccessFactors
· You demonstrate deep expertise of SAP SuccessFactors, not only for Core HR and Payroll, but as well for integration to other applications.
· You assess regular SuccessFactors product updates and solution with clients how to make best use of new capabilities for their requirements.
· You work collaboratively with the client team and establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the client
Preferred experience:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Current SAP SuccessFactors Certification
· Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll implementations in guiding roles on at least two projects
· Knowledge of HR Business Processes
· Agile implementation project experience
