For our Stockholm office we are currently looking to recruit Plant Maintenance/EAM Business Consultant with specific experience within Energy & Utilities .

As an experienced hire, you will also develop and lead others within our Resources Industry community.

As a team lead or expert, you will

· Lead analysis, design and transformation of Plant Maintenance and Asset Integrity Processes
· Design and support the implementation of EAM-related technology solutions such as SAP PM, including testing, data management, change management, etc
· Build project management skills and eventually move into project lead or subject matter expert roles

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Approx minimum 3+ years of experience with enterprise asset management processes
·  Significant exposure to CMMS systems, preferably SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
·  Industry experience from Energy or Utility client is desirable
·  Business mindset with deep knowledge of functional processes
·  Participation in at least one end-to-end system implementation project (analysis, design, config/development build, test, deployment including training and data conversion)
·  Nice to have skills:
·  SAP Mobile Work Order Management
·  NRX Asset Hub
·  MM – Material Management (Inventory and Procurement)
·  QM – Quality Management
·  WM/EWM – Warehouse Management
·  LE-SHP – Logistics Execution / Shipping
·  M.Sc. in Business or Engineering, such as Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
