Have you developed a reputation for your ability to leverage structured project management techniques to implement important eCommerce? Do clients rely on you to create a solution that offers their customers the ability to communicate, connect or purchase whenever and however they like? YOUR ROLE: Project Manager

While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Interactive, we've highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities.

· Lead large scale implementation projects with a focus on eCommerce solutions, specifically Salesforce Commerce Cloud, effectively managing project scope, schedule, and assigned tasks
· Apply specific functional and technical knowledge of eCommerce applications to help guide the design and implementation of the solution
· Apply consistent project management approach and deliver consistent quality across engagements
· Create detailed project work plans from estimated scope of work, assign project plan tasks to team members and oversee the development of project deliverables
· Manage project timelines & budgets and provide in-depth status reports to engagement management and client team
· Track and manage all project related issues and assist with risk identification and mitigation planning
· Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members
· Oversee client relationships on a daily basis, providing creative solutions and managing their expectations
· Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members

Desired profile

Qualifications :

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

·  5+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
·  3+ years of experience in tactical deployment or re-launch of eCommerce applications
·  2+ years of project management experience, delivering technology solutions
·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Travel required

SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

·  Technical expertise in eCommerce technologies such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris, Oracle/ATG, CloudCraze, Elastic Path and IBM Watson Commerce
·  Strong knowledge of project management methodology including the ability to develop detailed work plans and specifications, identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and run team meetings
·  Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs as well as other documentation like requirement traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
·  Ability to articulate and clearly communicate the solution being developed with all the stake holders
·  Exceptionally strong leadership & communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and multidisciplinary teams
·  Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation
·  Proven mentoring & coaching capabilities
·  Bachelors or master's degree in computer science, engineering, MIS or related field
