Job Description
The Revenue Services Contract Associate Manager leads overall planning and execution of the Billing and OFB audit processes. The Associate Manager is also responsible for direct supervision and review of the managed franchise contract review and customer set up process which includes execution of all non standard contract provisions. They are responsible for resolving system and billing issues and works closely with our systems partner CSG to accomplish this. Also, within their scope is the related Client Relationship Management responsibilities. These responsibilities include communications and coordination with key corporate contacts including International Regional Offices, Tax OFS to support and grow the existing partnerships. The Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring that proper controls and processes are in place to deliver accurate and timely billing, dispute resolution and customer setup in accordance with legal contracts and regulatory requirements. The Associate Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the audit processes in OFB are accurate and effective and that all process related findings are addressed and root causes are eliminated corrected.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years of finance and/or accounting experience
· High School diploma or GED
· Minimum of 3 years of billing and service to cash experience
Preferred:
· hospitality industry experience
· Bachelors degree
