Your impact

We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead who will be working for one of our clients. Next to leading a team of recruiters, you are also responsible for the entire recruitment process of the client. In addition, you are responsible for the recruitment strategy; you advise the client, ASML, regarding recruitment matters and you will be responsible for effective fulfillment of the recruitment demand.

Building a trustful relationship with ASML and supporting the change management activities will be crucial in your role. This also includes ensuring all the client responsibilities occur in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement with client.

You will also be busy with the financials (annual and monthly forecast) and preparing, analyzing and interpreting reports, formulate conclusions and demonstrating expert knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities.

Your background

Moreover:

·  You have a Bachelor or Master degree
·  Minimum of 2 years relevant recruitment leadership experience including team and people management and/or coaching and 7 years of experience in recruitment in general;
·  You have the ability to build and manage strong relationships internally and externally and have the ability to develop creative recruitment action plans.
·  You are fluent in English communication and interpersonal skill;
