Job description



The Recruitment Sourcer is responsible for executing screening/sourcing tasks related to talent acquisition processes to ensure successful achievement of business goals, meanwhile acts as the key contact for market intelligence, responsible for all activities related to gathering data, providing analysis and making recommendations about existing market data, sharing with Europe recruiting leadership in multiple report formats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt, farm and engage with unique and/ or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques;
- Perform CV screening in the recruitment system and update accordingly the status of each candidate in the system;
- Perform HR interview by the phone;
- Answer to questions from the candidates or managers;
- Schedule phone interviews between the selected candidates and the local managers;
- Attend all workshops/calls established between the team in Bucharest and the client's team;
- Collaborate with team Lead and Europe recruiting leadership to understand recruiting demand, develop and customize marketing messages and share best practices.

Qualifications :

Ideal candidate:

- Advanced English skills;
- Passion for HR, developed while tasting it during at least 1 year of working experience in HR/ Talent Acquisition & sourcing/ head hunting in house or within a recruiting agency;
- Ability to build trust with candidates, stakeholders and peers;
- Ability to learn, flex, adapt and stay curious;
- Thorough knowledge of talent landscape;
- Confidence;
- Analytic, data driven;
- Team player;
- Solid client management skills;
- Solid sourcing and interview skills;
- Able to work within limits of processes, procedures and systems while staying creative.
