Recruitment Apprenticeship

Our early talent recruitment team is responsible for recruiting our apprentices and graduates. We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the team and help us give all our candidates a best-in-class recruitment experience. You'll play an integral role as a key point of contact for applicants, coordinating their assessment, offer and onboarding process from start to finish. You'll also manage our digital chat platform, organise new-joiner events, and collaborate with offshore teams and third parties to ensure compliance with our processes.

The duration of the apprenticeship will be 2 years. Alongside your day-to-day role you will study towards the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship standard. More information available here .
