The SynOps for Marketing Implementer is a skilled professional with experience managing stakeholders, translating requirements into solutions and processes, and contributing to product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

· This Implementer will be part of the planning and creation of new client specific configurations within SynOps for Marketing for individual client account teams, by cultivating a thorough understanding of users' needs, combined with detailed product knowledge, to design a solution that supports the Delivery team s business processes.
· The person uses considerable independent judgment to create solutions but seeks guidance through unprecedented scenarios.
· The delivery of a high-quality configuration should ensure that the technology solution can accommodate both current and future needs, including the in-depth training of new end users on proper procedures.
· This role will be part of the AIO global enablement platform team who are responsible for designing best in class processes and technology solutions to automate and scale operations across our AIO offering.
· The team has a broad set of responsibilities that spans geographies, clients, and functional areas, to develop and maintain market leading technologies and processes that are supporting an internal and external stakeholder base.

Qualifications :

Required experience

·  Advanced English written and spoken.
·  Minimum of 4 years experience as a QA Analyst.
·  Minimum of 2 years experience in process design or documentation.
·  Minimum of 2 years experience using a workflow management system.
·  Workfront preferred.
·  Strong project planning and management skills.
·  Demonstrated ability to analyze, design and improve business processes.
·  Strong communication skills and presence an ability to prepare succinct, structured, and relevant messages to business leaders.
·  Strong communication skills.
·  Lead client meetings, provide demos, and give training sessions to clients and users.
·  Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions to uncover issues with stakeholders of varying levels.
·  Demonstrated leadership and collaboration in a professional setting.
·  Ability to work independently and to initiate the development of internal standards and guidelines.
·  Ability to prioritize and organize effectively in a matrix environment.
·  Ability to travel up if needed according to the client implementation request.
