Proposal Development Analyst with French

Ideal candidate:

· From to 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
· Advanced French and English skills both written and verbal

Requirements:

· Oversee, develop and supervise plans to publish a compliant proposal with a compelling story for a given opportunity, including all required responses to request for proposal (clarifications, proposal volumes, written, oral, cost, demonstrations/site visits, etc.)
· Work with solution delivery and sales teams in identifying, analysis, solution, developing business case, proposal preparation and presentation to client
· Write standard proposals by analyzing the proposal requests and customizing templates and interfacing effectively with sales and solutions team under standard guidelines
· Integrate content from proposal resources; work with details to illustrate compelling story and a winning proposal narrative (including management plans, staffing plans, past performance/experience, transition plans, quality initiatives and other areas) independently
· Create, manage and maintain proposal development schedule, proposal design and execute quality control functions, including work plans, schedules and milestones
