Project Control Services Team Lead

The Project Control Services Team Lead supports projects by tracking and managing project management office activities for one dedicated client account. Your role will be based on client site and you will proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables by working with multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Complete and track business KPI's and dashboards to report performance: Monitor and analyse plan performance metrics against targets.
• Support the preparation of KPI's, reports, and presentations
• Support the creation and maintenance of programme documentation.
• Support project/programme meetings, taking minutes, planning and scheduling, the organisation of workshops, sponsor reviews and governance meetings.
• You will engage with colleagues across all functions and work closely with the Head of PCS to determine appropriate prioritisation.
• Key competencies required: good attention to detail, planning and organising, analytical approach, works on own initiative, and collaboratively across functions.

Basic Qualifications:

• PMP certified or similar qualification advantageous.
• Relevant 3rd level qualification - honours degree

Professional Skill Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience ideally supporting project, or change initiatives ideally within financial services / IT company

• Good understanding/experience in completing metrics (KPI's) and dashboards

• Efficient organisation and administration skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft office; particularly excel and PowerPoint skills

• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with key stakeholders

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven problem solving abilities

• Excellent time management skills

• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
