The Role
The Accenture GO Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day financial tracking, meeting planning and organization, and overall running of the GO team, in alignment with the GO leadership team.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with finance and GO lead to manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget processes for GO team. Be the main SME and Point of Contact for budget related questions and support for both leadership & Go team.
• Manage the chargebacks associated with agency retainer costs, track and manage out of pocket costs, and reconcile DNP budget
• Responsible for operational budget tasks including: setting up POs, collecting actuals costs from Monday.com and submitting journal entry chargebacks, conducting regular finance reviews with production leads and agencies.
• Responsible for the New Joiner Onboarding Process of the GO team.
• Create, maintain, track and follow up on all GO Meetings incl. agenda setting.
• Lead or support various process improvement initiatives and other special projects designed to improve business effectiveness.
• Work on ad-hoc request for the GO Marketing Lead.

• Bachelor's degree, university degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred in Accountancy, Business Administration, Marketing
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar job
• Advanced English level
• Good understanding of Marketing & Communications

• Must be able to produce high-quality work as a part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Effective at managing multiple priorities and project with minimal supervision
