Products Sales Process Analyst (for ASGR countries)

Job Summary

This is one of three PRD Europe ASGR OSP positions which allows the person to:

• Interact with people around the world on a daily basis

• Have exposure to the CSG and Diamond client Leadership on a near daily basis

Work closely with the ASGR Specialist and the ASGR Senior Analyst but also communicate with the Europe OSP team-where the team members enjoy working together and are very supportive of one another

To provide, with close supervision from the CSG Specialist and Senior Analyst guidance and support for operations processes and tools, helping teams to execute business processes more efficiently.

This is a brand new role in ASGR so there will be an opportunity to work with the Specialist and Senior Analyst to shape the role and focus on things that adds the most value to the CSG.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide process and tool support for one or more of the following:

Manage MySales (MMS)

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Provide training to especially Diamond client teams and entity leadership.

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the operations systems according to established guidelines and as needed for system changes.

• Prepare standard reports to established schedules.

• Execute processes as directed.

• Process security requests in line with responsibility and in accordance with data security policies.

• Help handle customer requests.

• Cover the CSG SA when this person is covering the CSG Specialist.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education

Relevant studies/qualifications (business/executive administrative) would be an advantage.

Work Experience

Typically has minimum of 1+ years of experience.

Work Requirements

• May be required to occasionally attend out of normal working hours conference calls

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Good oral and written communications skills

• Accuracy and attention to details; prioritizes and plans own work activities

• Analytical skills; recognize and correct report or data errors

• Proficient as end user of related operations tools and systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Working knowledge of other Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook).
