The Core Configuration Product Owner will work with the Core Configuration Product Manager to understand the vision and strategy of the Core Configuration product and own the implementation of that strategy to maximize the value of the product and SCRUM team productivity. The Core Configuration Product Owner will conceptualize, document, and deliver business requirements for new and enhanced features. Participate in configuration design sessions to ensure successful design of the features. Review and prioritize SCRUM team backlogs based on assignment of features by the Core Configuration Product Manager. Represent the voice of the customer to the SCRUM team, ensuring that business value is delivered in all features. Translate business needs into technical requirements when needed. Be responsible for accepting or rejecting all user stories completed by the SCRUM teams. Be expected to understand scope of technical architectural work, however, is not required to drive technical decisions. In addition, the Core Configuration Product Owner may be required to provide feature demonstrations, participate in client facing presentations, and travel to meet with clients.
Ideal candidate profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Product Owner OR 3 years experience as Business Analyst
