The Services Product Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance and Application Support teams to implement service requirements and communicate service enhancements. The Services Product Analyst will act as a product expert to answer questions regarding current functionality, system inputs outputs, and processes for service integrations. Test service integration changes and coordinate release schedules with our service integration vendors. Act as the liaison between the Product Owner and the SCRUM teams to define business requirements. Collaborate with SCRUM teams to define design options through a hybrid Agile methodology. Apply mortgage and software industry knowledge to help continue process improvement and team communication. Generate SQL queries and research databases in order to verify and troubleshoot issues. Maintain cross system data mapping and service integration provider overviews for service integrations. Manage deliverables for initiatives and adhere to Mortgage Cadence product development methodologies. Extract detailed system requirements from user story scenarios and high level business requirements. Research questions and troubleshoots issues pertaining to our service integrations. Consult frequently with our internal customers to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns. Conduct training sessions and overviews of new service integrations for internal staff.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years experience as Business Analyst
