Your role involves:
· Being part of a mid-sized internal recruitment team.
· Being responsible for Procurement portfolio roles
· Coordinating the entire recruitment process from postings to hiring.
· Identifying the key requirements and expectations of managers for candidates.
· Providing support for Accenture employees in answering queries about recruitment process.
· Participating in various recruiting events and programs.
Desired profile
To be successful you need:
· Previous experience in a recruitment position either internal or external (job advertisement, CV screening, interviews scheduling and executing, candidates evaluation).
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Czech/Slovak.
· Ability to multi-task with a great sense of urgency.
