Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Business Process Services professionals may be based at a client's office or in one of Accenture's 50 delivery centers around the world.
The Position:
The Procurement Enablement Specialist manages client specific Supplier Enablement projects (Vendor Management, Catalog Management, Contract administration, Content enablement and eInvoicing Support). In addition, the Procurement Enablement Specialist collaborates with internal and/or external clients to deliver aspects of procurement operations, typically assigned to 1 to 3 accounts, and works actively on continuous improvement initiatives and ensures the clients enablement journey are addressing related client business outcomes and contracted SLAs for designated service.
Job Responsibilities:
· Work with Client Delivery and Mobilization to drive projects related to enablement of suppliers to eProcurement systems with contractual / service level obligations
· Ensure that services are provided within assigned budgets and timelines; take action necessary to address any issues
· Provide input to Accenture best practices
· Deliver Supplier enablement processes including the following as per the client scope of services:
· Vendor Registration to eProcurement tool
· Vendor Master Data Maintenance processes
· eInvoicing Vendor Onboarding
· Contract Administration
· Contract Content Enablement
· Catalog Management
· Vendor Master Data Cleansing and Enrichment
· Buying Content Setup
· Support Center
· Buyer Portal Setup
· Implement enablement best practices specific to client need and procurement operations strategy
· Actively monitor and communicate enablement performance, opportunities to achieve targets, leading practices, etc. for designated clients throughout project duration.
· Identify, research, report and complete tasks or issues related to enablement Services processes.
· Maintain process documentation
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree OR minimum of 4 years of supply chain/purchasing experience
· Minimum of 4 years' of Procure to Pay experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of Ariba or Coupa experience
· Minimum of 4 years of experience working with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Professional Skills:
· Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
· Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Travel Requirements:
· This position requires travel of approximately 20% to support client projects
