Location: Midlands (Coventry – Accenture office location is Warwick)

Travel: Some

Salary: Up to £23,500 depending on experience

What responsibilities will you have?

Operational Responsibilities :

· Primary interface between client and offshore team for multiple workstreams
· Day-to-day project management and prioritisation of offshore team tasks
· Leading daily client meetings and monthly service review meetings (status reporting)
· Management of issue resolution and triage coordination
· Maintaining and growing client relationships and managing client expectations
· Support in project governance activities (e.g. follow up on invoices and contracting, etc.)

What skills & experience are we looking for?

·  Communication and presentation skills
·  Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (understanding PowerPivot desirable but not essential)
·  Stakeholder management skills
·  Understanding on the automotive or any related industry would be an added advantage but not essential
·  Experience of working directly with the client stakeholders

·  · Tenacious with the ability to overcome problems in a methodological manner

·  · Ambitious and dedicated to achieving objectives of the Programme
