Ensure smooth running of day to day activities of Delivery Excellence Team to meet EALA targets. Work closely with Service Delivery to ensure high performance is delivered for Accenture and our clients through the implementation of innovative tools, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

What responsibilities will you have?

· Ensure the development and management of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives
· Implement next generation of Methods, Process and Tools
· Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment
· Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization
· Provide support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tool for operational excellence success stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences, etc.
· Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities
· Recommend and help implement strategies and actions to mitigate risks/solve issues
· Network with external and internal service delivery specialists to share tools and best practices
· Support Quality & Risk Management, Measurement & Reporting needs

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

· 
Degree in Information Technology or related fields

Professional Skill Requirements

· 
Experience on Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management principles

· 
Experience with Development Methodologies, Project Management Tools and Quality Methods

· 
Knowledge of Quality frameworks such as CMMi and ISO 9001 standards

· 
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
