Job Description:
The Accenture CIO Performance Engineer Team focuses on our internal customers and stakeholders. This team is responsible to build Accenture applications and manage all performance issues that may occur. The Performance Engineers assist the Application Team with finding the root cause and trouble-shooting. The team is responsible to create a short-term fixes and also determine long-term solutions. The Performance Engineers work closely with the Application Team to diagnose the issues, investigate the problem and perform deep analysis. The Performance Engineers use tact, empathy and technical expertise to create solutions. The Performance Engineer Team has the primary responsibility to resolve internal customer support requests. These issues can involve anything from helping a new developer integrate a new application to trouble-shooting to application diagnosis to tracking down the source of incorrect or incomplete data. Performance Engineers work with Accenture's internal teams to find and fix bugs, prioritize feature requests and document our products and features. They perform Memory Dump Analysis, capture information, find the issue, analyze and create a solution.
What you'll do
· Diagnose and provide solutions to application errors using .Net and other tools
· Memory Dump Analysis
· Reproduce and debug customer-reported issues that span multiple layers of the technology stack
· Identify key trends with application issues
· Serve as the voice of the customer and work with cross-functional partners to improve our products
· Identify and recommend process improvements to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction
· Design and implement improvements to our internal support tools
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in Memory Dump Analysis and Troubleshooting
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Performance Testing and Monitoring
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET coding and Performance Tuning
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of the CIO Organization
· Deep skills with Windows operating system troubleshooting
· Basic program management skills
· Program estimating skills
· Project Excellence responsibility: work plan creation & tracking, Leading Indicator leverage, QA Oversight, Issues and Risk Management
· Operations Excellence responsibility: understanding normal and monitoring, scalability planning, build test and deployment automation, ASA compliance
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to resolve any assigned schedule and content risks
· Good negotiation and consensus building skills
· Proficiency with ADS CIO Methodology, ADS CIO Guide and CIO Application Testing framework
