The PDM Associate Operations Manager is responsible for the following:
· Lead a team of 10-15 PLM Analysts in delivering PLM Services within agreed Turnaround time and Quality levels
· Work with cross functional client stakeholders from Engineering, PLM, Supply Chain functions
· Define, create methodology, measure, automate and monitor Metrics and KPIs. Provide periodic reporting of metrics
· Map as is processes, create to be processes to deliver productivity, efficiency and quality improvements
· Partner with Operations and management teams to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations
· Drive root cause analysis and align service delivery towards improving overall business metrics

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications
·  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
·  Minimum 2 years of exposure to Supply Chain functions including Purchasing, Manufacturing and Logistics
·  Minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience
· 
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Engineering, Research & Development or Design functions

Preferred Qualifications
·  Strong Analytical and Data Analysis skills, proficient with Excel
·  Exposure to Oracle Agile
·  Experience with Bill of Materials, ECR, ECN,, ECO, MCO
·  Project Management experience
·  Ability to lead teams up 10-15 people
·  Self-starter and driver
·  Excellent communications skills
·  Ability to work in unstructured environments and under tough deadlines with minimal cover
