Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within both delivery centers and client site environments. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

Job Description

Program Control Services professionals design and implements control-related activities to manage risks across a program (or group of interrelated projects) and to improve the likelihood that program goals are met.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities spread across one or more of the PCS PMO, Finance, or Workplanning capability areas:

· Solves routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines .

· Interacts within own team and with direct supervisor.

· Receives detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.

· Makes decisions impacting one's own work.

· Acts as an individual contributor and as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work .

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications

· Knowledge of Project Management domain

· Experience with MS Project, Microsoft Project Server and Project Web Access

· Experience with metrics reporting

· Experience in Financial Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Budgeting

· In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Excel

· 1-3 years' experience related

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

· Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Desire to work in an information systems environment

· Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
