What responsibilities will you have?

Proven functional experience on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) or any other HR systems

·
Experience in implementing HCM modules on Oracle Cloud HCM or other HR systems namely Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting and Payroll

·
Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration

·
Oracle Cloud HCM application design, development, integration, unit testing and deployment

·
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

·
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

·
Desire to work in an information systems environment

·
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
