Job Description

Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Uses own judgment to determines optimal solution to recommend.
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams leads. Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
Manages medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

·  Minimum of 3 years Demonstrated ability to deliver Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud solution with focus on Procurement
·  Minimum of 4 years' experience in leading software delivery teams in all aspects of the SDLC with a strong emphasis on cloud-based solutions
·  Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing Supply Chain Management solutions and strong understanding of related processes
·  Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred in SCM Cloud Integration and Extensibility approaches
·  minimum of 3 years of experience in 2 or more of the following modules in R12 EBS: Order Management
·  Advanced Pricing
·  Configurator
·  Quoting
·  Sales Contracts
·  iStore
·  Accounts Receivable
·  Inventory
·  Warehouse Management
·  Supply Chain Planning
·  Manufacturing (Process and Discrete)
·  Procurement
·  Product Data Hub
·  Minimum of 1 year of team lead experience
·  Minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience

Preferred Skills

·  A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
·  Ability to use and adhere to project methodology
·  Excellent team lead skills including ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements
·  Ability to work with the functional/technical team members to document requirements, create functional designs and to provide developers with
·  Deliver cloud-based supply chain management solutions by contributing to all aspects of project delivery.
·  Demonstrated ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
·  Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
