Role: Recruitment Analyst, CL11
Workforce: Operations
Location: Accenture GCP/Client Site

We have an exciting opportunity within our Recruitment team to drive the delivery of Recruitment Solutions across Accenture Operations. With a special emphasis on high volume recruitment, the successful candidates will be essential in ensuring that we deliver to the business on all areas of Operations Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage end to end Recruitment process for at least 1 dedicated client account.
· Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative, cost effective sourcing strategies
· Work with hiring managers and account lead to understand precise requirements of the roles being recruited.
· Source active and passive candidates nationally and internationally within niche or specialised skill sets.
· Using all search methodologies including social networking, referrals, active data mining to build talent pools, as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches (Boolean) and research.
· Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process
· Screen Applications and conduct HR Interviews to determine suitability in line with Accenture competencies
· Engage candidates in the Accenture value proposition
· Build and maintain a database of viable candidates to ensure sufficient pipeline to satisfy planned and opportunistic business growth.
· Manage applicant tracking via Taleo ensuring high quality candidate experience whilst adhering to data quality standards set out in Accenture policies.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholder to ensure strong partnership with the business.
· Provide support to the Recruitment Lead as required
· Manage vendor relationships with external recruiting agencies.
· Report on performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
· Assist lead in preparation of market data, timeline schedule and sourcing strategy for RFP presentations to support the selling of new deals.
· Promoting and managing referral programme across the business.
· Working to key metrics, KPI and SLA to demonstrate performance.
· Managing and working with Stakeholders to provide them a value add service that encompasses all areas of resourcing not just recruitment.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience:

·  Minimum 2 years Recruitment experience in a fast paced professional services firm or recruitment agency
·  In depth knowledge of Operations Workforce
·  Demonstrated understanding of advanced search and engagement methodologies
·  Understanding of technical and language profiles
·  In depth knowledge of the local and multilingual market
·  Social Media and Boolean String search experience essential
·  Experience of Taleo and CRM systems
·  Must be able to work well as part of a team as well as independently with a high level of responsibility
·  Strong consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
·  Client focused with strong stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing skills
·  Demonstrated evidence of detail-orientation, multitasking skills and effective project management skills.
·  Experience in high volume Recruitment.
·  Experience in one or more of the following areas: IT, Finance, Digital Marketing, Multilingual Customer Service or Sales.
·  Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding defined monthly and quarterly Targets and SLA's
·  Demonstrated efforts in partnering with key clients and account lead on engagement, retention and creative sourcing initiatives
·  Fluent English and 1 additional European language

Qualifications:
·  Bachelor's degree desirable but not essential
