As an Opentext Support Analyst you will:

· Installation of OpenText Content Server and Integration of .Net application with OpenText ECM using ECM out of box APIs

· Experience in development and configuration of OpenText workflow server and K2 workflow Perform troubleshooting and support tasks

· Install and Configure OpenText AppWork Gateway

· Perform upgrade, administration and support of OpenText Application

· Online archiving using Opentext system

· Design and maintain OpenText Record Management and Classifications

· Migration of OpenText ECM contents to/fro SharePoint Online and other Applications.

· Designing and developing new applications, forms, reports, custom metadata or workflows that demonstrated OpenText ECM products as well as implemented modifications or enhancements in existing applications to meet business needs

· Troubleshoot and provide resolution/work around for issues

· Provide users with assistance in problem determination and resolution; escalate problems as specified by the Service Levels

· Participate On-Call support beyond business hours on rotation, for priority 1 issues as necessary

· Coordinate with Level 3 support team for the issues requiring code changes

Qualifications :

Qualification:

· To be considered for this role you would need to have:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience with OpenText Content Server, Brava, Blazon, Job Processor

·  Experience working in a level 2 support team
·  Fluent English and ability to read technical documentation
