Job Description

The Onsite Support Coordinator will provide onsite logistics support for complex custom Accenture Training programs and events within a specified region. This will involve end to end project management encompassing the management of registrations, materials, catering, transportation and venues.

Responsibilities include:

· Processing capability development and special initiatives
· Managing multiple projects at one time, meeting deadlines and interpreting day to day business objectives, and prepare and execute work programs and operational activities
· Maintaining effective client relationships at the session level related to the project, session or program including serving as main contact for the client
· Working with clients to maintain delivery plans and schedules at the session level
· Possessing awareness of course delivery budgets to ensure that session financial targets are met
· Providing onsite session support as needed, resolving typical issues that would interfere with the learning environment and successful execution of the training event, escalating as appropriate
· Implementing continuous improvement measures on day to day basis within area of responsibility

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or 1 year of project management experience (planning, tracking, delivery of events/training)

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Event planning experience
·  Communications and Time management experience
·  Customer and Client Relationship management experience
·  Issue and scope management experience

Professional Skill:

·  Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills
·  Self directed/self starter
·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
