The role is responsible for leading HR Shared Services team to provide HR operational services to the designated client to support the client employees across the North America region. The Human Resources employee service personnel will be responsible for managing the day to day HR service delivery for a group of onsite team to ensure the team performance and morale.

Key Responsibilities:

· Be able to achieve the SLA target and client satisfaction
· Processes within the HR Service Centre client site to provide personnel administration support in accordance with the following processes, including but not limited to onboarding off boarding administration, domestic transfer and cross boarder transfer administration, employees document management, verification letter, contract management, leave management, benefits administration and employee queries
· Provide consistent advice and support on relevant HR process to BU HR teams global HRSSC team and individual employees
· Maximize the effectiveness of team work within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods
· Continuously improve HR processes by undertaking regular reviews
· Build and manage the key stakeholder relationship and expectation incl. but not limited to client local HR team and global HR HRSSC in Hangzhou.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 3 years customer service and/or customer contact center experience
·  Must be Bilingual- Mandarin & English fluently

·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Able to work at appropriate level of over time to meet challenged timeline requirement
·  Solid communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong customer focus
·  Good organizational skills
·  Flexibility and teaming skills
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Demonstrated willingness to work in a flat team structure and develop a range of HR competences
·  Bilingual- Mandarin & English
