For our expanding team in Budapest, we are looking for a colleague for a

Network Support Engineer

Reesponsibilities:

· Liaising with the other network colleagues in other countries to cover all network functionality in EMEA region
· Managing the Accenture LAN/WAN network for EMEA region as a 3rd level of escalation for any network related issues
· Delivering network services as defined in SLA
· Using Management and Monitoring Systems
· Implementation of Accenture standards applied to network environments
· Ensure adherence to policies, processes and procedures defined for his/her area of work
· Participate on periodical review and audits of the network environment
· Maintenance of network documentation and create reports

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Experience in maintenance of LAN/WAN network for minimum 2 years
·  Experience in utilizing Network Management and Monitoring systems
·  Good understanding and practical “hands-on” experience on:
·  Cisco IOS devices (switches, routers) and/or Juniper Junos (switches, firewalls)
·  Juniper firewalls (filtering, routing, NAT)
·  VRF and Multi VLAN infrastructure
·  IPSEC tunnelling, GRE
·  BGP Routing, QOS, VOIP
·  Following services and features: trunking, aggregated interfaces, VTP, STP
·  Conversational level English language
·  Good communication skills, openness to internal customers, willingness to learn, open to share knowledge and cooperation with team members
·  Able to individually solve problems (e.g. troubleshoot some performance issue)
·  High energy level and be able to effectively work with various cross functional teams
·  Relevant education / degree

·  Cisco voice technologies (Call Manager, UCCX, Unity, VG, MGCP, SIP)
·  Wireless infrastructures
·  Building databases
·  Creating scripts for maintaining network devices
